SunCoastBiz is a local business directory for North Port, Wellen Park, and Venice, Florida. This page explains what information we handle and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Business listings. Name, category, area, address, phone, and description. Most are added from public sources or submitted by owners.
• Owner contact details. When an owner claims a listing or adds a contact email, we store it to forward quote requests and verification links.
• Quote requests. If a customer sends one, we pass it to the business's verified contact email. We do not sell or share these messages.
• Payments. Featured (paid) listings are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number — Stripe handles payment data securely.

How we use information

• To display listings and help the community find local services.
• To deliver quote requests and ownership-verification links to the right business.
• To operate and improve the site.

Cookies & analytics

We use a minimal privacy-respecting analytics pixel to count page views. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

• Owners may request correction or removal of their listing anytime via the link below.
• Customers may contact us to have submitted information removed.
